Install at The Dock Amble

The Dock in Amble, is a friendly local drinkers pub. They are starting to build a cafe and re-open the large hotel.

They needed a reliable system that can grow with them as their business expends and develops.

We installed 1 Sam4s 4856 15" Touchscreen, cash drawer & receipt printer for their bar, linked to a card machine making card transactions both: fast & accurate.

They also have on order a second screen to be installed when their cafe opens in 2019.

Install at The Sand Bar

The Sand Bar is Amble's newest café, with tasty meals hand prepared by chef patron Mick. We were asked to install their new till system which will prove to be a valuable asset in growing his new business.

We installed a Sam4s 4846 15" Touchscreen till, running ICRTouch TouchPoint. We also trained Mick and his team on how to operate the till. Our systems are very end-user friendly and built to be as efficient as possible to maximise profitability and minimize costly human errors.

PaymentSense Integration at the Free Trade Inn

Our engineers recently installed 2 new PaymentSense card machines which integrated into the Free Trade Inn's ICRTouch TouchPoint till system. This will allow for much faster service for taking card payments in this very busy pub (look at its amazing location and fantastic beer selection to know why it's so busy).

An integrated card reader saves time and is more accurate removing human error for entering amounts on the till.

We also linked their ICRTouch TouchPoint till to ICRTouch TouchOfficeWeb cloud-based back office. This is a brilliant tool for any business. From a single till to multiple tills in multiple sites, this solution grows at the same rate as your business - eliminating excess capital expense at the start of your business journey.  TouchOfficeWeb allows you to remotely view live sales data as well as view historical reports filtered to show just the information you need.

Hope and Anchor Hotel

The Hope & Anchor Hotel is located in the heart of the beautiful seaside village of Alnmouth. It has 8 en-suite bedrooms, a bar, and an Italian Restaurant. They needed a reliable, efficient EPoS system to cope with the demands of a busy hotel.

We installed a Sam4s 4846 running TouchPoint alongside 6 PocketTouch devices for handheld, paperless ordering. Orders are taken at the table and sent straight to the kitchen to be cooked. ORA Tynemouth Case Study

Our client originally had only 2 tills running ICRTouch TouchPoint. With it being such a busy venue our clients asked for an additional 2 OKPOS Z-9000 touchscreen tills. We installed both units mounted to the wall and integrated them into Ora's existing system. This allowed for a large increase in their operational capacity as well as a faster turnaround for service.

Twice Brewed Brewhouse

Our client Twice Brewed, Bardon Mill is located amongst the breathtaking landscape on the Hadrian's Wall route. They have recently built their own brewhouse attached to the hotel which features a new bar to sample their stock as well as floor to ceiling glass walls so you can watch the beer be made first hand.

As we have installed the tills in the hotel they approached us again to install a new till which would link into their existing system.

We installed a new SAM4S 4846 15" touchscreen till (our most popular screen) running ICRTouch TouchPoint - the UK's leading EPOS software. This solution is not only robust but is extremely reliable. It also comes with a 12 months warranty.

During the install, the management team was impressed at the demo of TouchOfficeWeb. This cloud-based back office updated the office and managers of live sales data collected from the tills.

We programmed the system so the management team can quickly assess how each department is running from the bar, restaurant, and the brewhouse.

The Cookie Jar: Alnwick's newest boutique hotel. This is a beautiful new hotel which we are proud to have supplied the UK's number EPoS software: ICRTouch TouchPoint.

The Cookie Jar took delivery of a Sam4s 4846 touchscreen till running ICRTouch flagship software: TouchPoint. In addition, we added two handheld ordering tablets running ICRTouch PocketTouch. This allows for efficient and speedy restaurant service.

Rose and Crown

This beautiful community-owned pub is the heart of the small village of Slaley in Northumberland. They wanted a new till system to make the day to day operation of the business more efficient.

We installed an Aures Yuno till running TouchPoint along with a new kitchen printer and 2 Lenovo handheld ordering tablets running PocketTouch.

The till was connected to TouchOfficeWeb to allow the management team to quickly process their sales data from the till in real time.

TouchOfficeWeb can also be used as a tool to program new PLUs quickly and remotely. With their daily changing specials board we took use of the feature - Special Board Manager where we set up 50 PLUs used just for specials. This is located on a widget on their homepage meaning they can quickly access, change and upload new specials within minutes.

TouchOfficeWeb updates the till with changes almost instantly (with a present internet connection) which was a requirement in our brief.
