The famous Jolly Fisherman in Craster is a destination for you foodies. This extremely busy beachfront venue serves the most fantastic fresh crab sandwiches by the ton. They needed an extremely reliable, fast and effective EPoS solution to cope and handle demand in such a high capacity location.

We opted for 2 OKPOS Z-9000's running ICRTouch TouchPoint with 2 Lenovo handheld tablets running ICRTouch PocketTouch, all connected to the cloud-based back office - ICRTouch TouchOfficeWeb.

This solution is built to be reliable, robust and easy to use for the staff. Our experience in programming their menus came to hand at this install to reduce button presses and menus shifts so staff can quickly find and process the products they are selling.

The management team liked to keep an eye on the live sales data and also keep track of how well their departments were selling - wet/dry.
